Trump just signed an executive order withdrawing the U.S. from the WHO.

That's right. The World Health Organization.

Now that a non-citizen, and noted Fascist, Elon Musk has flashed a verified Nazi salute at the inauguration of a US President, I can conclude we are in a very dark place for now. I wonder how many will realize this before it's too late. I'm not feeling optimistic at the moment.

Smugly stupid.
Flashback to 2020:

CA official: "If we ignore the science and put our head in the sand... we're not going to succeed together protecting Californians."

Trump: "It'll start getting cooler. You just watch."

"I wish science agreed with you."

Trump: "I don’t think science knows, actually."

My guess is this has less to do with Afghanistan and more to do with purging the military of any brass who pose a bulwark to his and Bannon’s agenda.

This is what you voted for, Republicans.

What (and I stress WHAT) is this?

This isn’t a ‘view’ on Canada, it’s an unprecedented thumb on the scale of Canadian elections.

This 💯

Many in the GOP have said that Canada needs to be ‘liberated’ because our ‘democracy’ is in danger.

Translation: we have abundant water and natural resources that they want unfettered access to all of this.

Eye open.

The forces that worked together to get 47 elected will be focusing on us next. We have fresh water and abundant mineral resources. The "firehose of lies" in the lead up to our next election is going to be on a scale we've never seen before. I sincerely hope the other parties are prepared for it.
