At the #GEIA emissions workshop in the Cote D'Ivoire. Been an amazing few days networking with scientists all over the world, and enjoying the African hospitality at the waterfront dinner!

Looking for people who want to help advance atmospheric chemistry towards a sustainable world and steer the International Global Atmospheric Chemistry Project! IGAC (like many US-based organizations dealing with climate/science) is in a time of transition, and you could help shape its future!

Nominations for the 2026 IGAC Scientific Steering Committee are open! Looking for new members from North, Central, and/or South America. It's a great way for mid and senior career atmospheric chemists to get involved with the international community! Please share! mailchi.mp/igacproject/...

I hear you! Was looking round the shops on saturday and thought 'there's no way that will tuck in'......

My favourites 1) Denmark 2) Spain 3) Luxembourg 4) Germany.
None of mine did very well! I also thought the Swiss entry was beautiful.
kathrynemmerson.bsky.social
Actually I'll admit to having heard the UK entry as I listen to BBC radio 2 when at work. I prefer the EuroPop clubby style of track, which Sweden usually provides. Looking forward to hearing what Estonia has to offer!
kathrynemmerson.bsky.social
Me too! I usually go in not having heard any of them, like it used to be in the good ol' days!
Except we have to wait until sunday night here, without looking at internet, tv or radio all day ☹️ (unless i want to get up at 5am, which i do not....)
