I was working for a local health insurance company at the time. We started about a year and a half ahead of time - testing, evaluating and upgrading or replacing systems. We only had a single part of one system that failed during the change and we got a fix from the vendor within a few days.

Agree. I sold my 2-story home after I retired & moved to a 55+ apartment building. Has an elevator, walk-in showers, grab bars, wide doorways etc. don’t need them now but I’m prepared if I ever do.
