Has anyone else had trouble getting a refund from LNER? They cancelled my train and then charged me to rebook! Have emailed and phoned and the same response 10 days then nothing.

The Government plan is to temporarily renationalise Thames Water, for you to pay off its debts, and then to let someone else takeover so they can rob you, build up massive debts and do the same all over again.
