It can sometimes feel like the forces we're up against are all powerful, but we hold more political power than we realize.

Check out Choose Democracy's video on the 'Pillars of Support' and share what ways your community is using non-cooperation to go after the pillars propping up Trump's regime 👇

A piece I wrote to try and wrap my brain around the current realm of bended reality we're living in. Defending a shared truth is crucial - so learn about what you can do about it. Thank you @luckytran.com for chatting with me.

Ford & Carney bonded at the cottage this weekend. I’m sure the scotch was flowing on a deck overlooking the water.

Meanwhile, we’re served cuts to social services. Our rent & groceries are too damn high. We can’t breathe from wildfire smoke & extreme heat.

Let’s draw the line: drawtheline.world

If you want to be involved in the organizing happening in Ottawa, slide into my DMs!
Communities across the country are mobilizing on September 20th to demand that Prime Minister Carney and Canada’s governments pick a side: injustice, violence, & climate destruction—or a just & safe future for all of us.

Storms have slowly taken out the shade trees at my place. And not the mature or diseased ones, it’s younger trees too, like these pines.

The old farmhouse is an oven in this heat, and landlord has no incentive to install heat pumps, so window AC is our “solution”.

Exactly the kind of clear-eyed, principled leadership we need in so-called-Canada. Beyond proud of @emilylowan.bsky.social for stepping into the BC Green leadership race.

She's coming for corporate interests and their political allies pillaging our lands and communities -- hell yea!
Still buzzing from our launch. We’re off to a strong start - 150 community members attended, 130k views on our launch video, and raised over $14,000 in just over a week. Let’s do this thing. Go to emilyforbcgreens.ca to sign up to vote⚡️

Over the holidays I found out my step sister is the president of her HOA, if you’re wondering if we have a relationship or not.

I'm heading to Toronto this weekend to run a training on canvassing for @FairVoteCanada volunteers 📝

Question: what tip did you wish someone would have told you sooner about canvassing? Or do's and don't's you've learned in your experience?

I've spent the better part of the past year working with the David Suzuki Foundation on their Renewable Power For All campaign.

We've been pushing for ambitious national Clean Electricity Regulations - policy promised by our government - delivered without delay.
