You know, as much as I love living alone and being single, it takes a toll on you to not have frequent physical contact with someone. I get maybe 3-5 quick hugs a week - and I feel like that’s a lot more than my other solo living friends get.

Just went climbing for the first time in forever - forgot how much I love it. And it shows me just how much my self love has bloomed, too.
I used to climb a lot in college, and my inner dialogue was soooo mean. And now I’m excited to fail and fall.
