Spending a few years in a tech startup a decade ago was crazy-making. Every other question was “where do I even FIND an artist” bc grabbing images from google was easier. Stupid. Put zero effort. Millions of dollars.

Suggesting anything to them was like suggesting I set fire to the building.

Idea Guys are usually in charge for some fucking reason. For some reason the people who can’t let their first thought be their worst thought are the ones making every single call.
