My problem with STA isn’t the age of the chars or the audience demographic or the setting. I love the setting. I love DS9 I don’t give a shit if a ST is on a ship. My problem is that STA is being made by people with nothing to say, and w/e they may have said was destroyed by a mealy-mouthed exec.

Bizarre feeling to realise I’ll probably make more money off the A/nthropic lawsuit settlement than I made over the entire course of the work they stole from me.

I think Picard would have benefitted from 22+ episode seasons, and suffers greatly from contemporary limitations. There’s a lot of incredible ideas that never got a chance to breathe so every moment felt rushed.

I think Picard would have benefitted from 22+ episode seasons, and suffers greatly from contemporary limitations. There’s a lot of incredible ideas that never got a chance to breathe so every moment felt rushed.
