I had a weird thought. It's actually a positive sign that the crowd at the Birthday Parade was so small. In most countries, when a dictator has a parade, attendance isn't optional. The empty bleachers meant that folks exercised their right to say NO! We had better things to do, and we did them.

Most people using insulin are type one and need it because their Pancreas doesn't work. I have type two, and I have taken nutrition courses signed up for more than one class to help, but I do not take insulin. I feel like someone is missing a page in their health book.

A few weeks ago, I was scrolling through the internet just "windows shopping." I came across tee shirts, bags, and hats proclaiming current feelings about thos administration. I purchased a shirt. It is officially my stay at home shirt now. Since Comey shared his photo, I don't I should take it out.

Yesterday, I realized I didn't know much about Stephen Miller, other than I loathe him. I have always thought he was a bitter, unloved man who never learned to smile. My shock to learn he has a wife and children! I just can't imagine that household.

When I was young, TV was reserved for the early evening, after dinner, before bedtime. The programs all had one thing in common, the bad guy was always a Russian. I grew up knowing that while we might need to play nice once in a while, they were never our friends. Don't know why we've forgotten.
