If Republicans make massive cuts to Medicaid, it will impact all aspects of our health care system. Millions of kids will lose coverage, hospital and insurance rates will soar and nursing homes will shut down.

All this in order to give huge tax breaks to billionaires.

NO CUTS TO MEDICAID.

A deep dive from @theathletic.bsky.social on the Trump/Elon administration’s continued block of nearly ALL NIH funding for life-saving cancer treatments and research. This is in direct violation of multiple Federal Court rulings.
Inside the Collapse at the NIH
Administration officials pressured the NIH to avoid clear advice from the agency’s own lawyers to restart grant funding now.

Thank you, MN state GOP lawmakers for the letter to our US congressional reps regarding gutting of Medicaid.

I’m happy there are some voices of reason left on that side of the isle. I’m sorry none of the US GOP reps from MN listened.

One of the wonderful things about living in Minnesota is that there are still reasonable republican members in the State House of Representatives and Senate.

14 GOP members wrote to the US House members from MN asking them to spare the dramatic cuts to kids healthcare in MN. None listened.

The GOP cuts to Medicaid would eliminate coverage for nearly 17 million Americans.

50% of those on Medicaid in the US are children with no other medical coverage. The absolute most vulnerable among us.
