-Costco has really, really good winter gear. Gloves, hats, thermals. Durable as hell, too.

-A vented balaclava is crucial especially on colder days. Pair that w/ a good set of goggles & it tells the neighborhood that you can clean the sidewalk & you’re up for overthrowing the monarchy, if needed.

-Don’t bother with fancy pants and boots. A basic pair of firefighter bunker boots (w/ steel toe) and Carhartt Reworked insulated overalls will be the last bit of lower extremity protection you’ll ever need.

-Normalize blowing or plowing your neighbors……………sidewalk or driveway. It’s just polite.
