Second, Ukraine’s position may be better on the battlefield than ours was, but Ukraine is much higher on the Russian obsession scale than we ever were.

Thanks for posting Minna. I also found this rather doubtful as Putins Russia clearly seeks to end Ukraine's independence completely. Territorial concessions will only encourage him.
