I am very much not looking forward to returning to the gym routine tomorrow.

I did PT for a fractured ankle, and I am hoping I can at least _get in the groove_ again.

I think a very valid use of AI/LLM: you write a piece. You think you’re arguing X. Ask AI to verify that your assumption is the takeaway. It can poke holes, find assumptions, find counterintuitive points. Forcing you to be more clear in your final writing.

What if search engines & AI started helping people improve their grammar?

Instead of “let’s rewrite your entire draft,” it became “let’s fix some issues here.”

Educating the end user while delivering value.

Alternatively, rude response “you mean ‘with whom’” or “yes, you can, but *may you*?”

I just rode in a #waymo for the first time. Did a short trip from a brewery to my hotel in Santa Monica. It was an awesome experience, as weird as that is to say.

Listen #apple - if you hide a page of apps, and I unhide it, then you decide to hide it again? You’re broken. It’s not me doing this, it’s you. You are broken. You need fixed. And I can’t help you.

I miss the days of open social APIs.

I would love to cross post feeds tied to projects for releases and the like, but everyone wants to charge for it.

Proposed change to AI/LLM UX:
It should not “guess” what you meant, or ignore those typos/bad grammar. It should lead you to the answer, not do the work for you.
It should be asking those questions the user should be asking, to help them learn more and need it less.

More rubber duck, less answer

I feel like if you buy a domain, you should have to build something on it or lose it.

“If you weren’t following AI talking heads on social media, you’d know AI was tanking.”

Saw this on LinkedIn. My question is:

What model did you use? What plan? What was your prompt?

Because I have seen incredible work by partnering with AI agents - not perfect, but effective.

There has to be a maximum number of “followers” one can have before it’s diminishing returns.

Millions of followers? You’re no longer having a conversation. You’re a brand and you push out messages.

If you’re not a “brand” - what would the # be to adequately force people to limit their follows?

Interesting. I am using Apple’s Universal Control between an m1/m2 MacBook Pro.
Sometimes, it loses connection.

But if I look at “Displays” - it’ll reconnect in a second.

It’s a weird glitch but I don’t see where I can give feedback @Apple@x-activitypub-bridge.deno.dev

I think online automated rejections of an application are bullshit.

I applied for a job - and I got a “we decided not to move forward” email.

My biggest modern tech irritation:

We moved away from “one app to chat with anyone everywhere” to “everyone has their own custom messaging service, app, UI, UX”

The web “giants” put up walls once they got everyone in.

I want to make something to break out of the walls.

The President turning the military against Americans is a bigger story than the shutdown and media outlets should treat it accordingly.

Let’s open our eyes. This isn’t a functioning democracy any longer when - in the middle of a high stakes funding fight - the President illegally suspends federal projects in states run by Democrats as a way to punish the political opposition.
