Bleeding heart liberal bloke who sometimes teaches Film & TV, occasionally acts in things and always has an opinion, though that won't stop me listening to yours.

When Starmer was elected I thought;
1.People will finally stop spelling my name with ei the wrong way round, and maybe not call me Keith.
2.He promised some lefty-ish things, he won't do them all but we should get some good stuff.
3. At least he'll be good at politics

This articulates exactly why so many of us who have stuck in Labour despite previous misgivings are so desperate. Cruelty, bad politics and economically inept in a single
package.

Here's episode one of 'Idea Man' the comedy series I'm in. See the educations system in a completely new light - unless you work in it, in which case it will be all too familiar.
I play Craig, a grumpy, sweary Scottish FE teacher.
Please take a look, laugh and share!

Jeez, say it loud and pass it on, these people are dangerous.

I think the clear message sent by the electorate to Labour was 'Stop being shit!'

Listening to Labour spokespeople is so dispiriting. There is not a single fresh take, not a single original sentence. Every answer has been agreed by committee and approved to answer any question, even if unrelated.
It's not professional, it is irritating and bad politics. #LocalElections

When I was 18 I wrote a sketch for my A Level Communications video based on mishearing that Swedish people had 40 words for 'No'.
It had subtitles that simply had 'No' repeated forty times. In all other respects it wasn't funny and is almost unwatchable.

For those that don't remember it, Deputy Dawg was a lazy cartoon character in a position of power that had a criminal sidekick called Muskie who together would often pursue their favourite pastime of catfishing.
I've no idea why these characters come to mind every day at the moment.

Land grabs, insults, tariffs, threats, surrendering before negotiating on your behalf, with friends like Trump's USA who needs enemies?

When I listen to FIPradio I put auto Shazam on so I can know everything I'm listening to (I'm usually driving)
But tonight it's been useless. It got two songs wildly wrong and then just failed to identify Hey Joe by Jimi Hendrix

You're welcome, but all I did really was watch the first series.

(By the way, it's e i. but no biggie)
As #Severance s2 finally streams tonight, I just wanted to say thanks to all the incredible fans who have waited so long and stuck with us. Our hope is you enjoy it as much as we enjoyed making it.

It’s never finished till you engage with it. So excited for the dialogue to begin.

In 1978 Ian Dury wrote the song "There Ain't Half Been Some Clever Bastards".
Had he been writing it today it undoubtedly would not have included Elon Musk, because it's not called "There Ain't Half Been Some Entitled Opportunistic Fascist Bastards"

Driving through France shuffling through variety of LeFàbFM channels playing Coldplay and subpar Eurovision entries and hating most of them but happened across FIPRadio. Early Bowie to Kassav, Badbadnotgood to Warhaus to France Gall.

Simply amazed that Gregg Wallace missed the word frigid in his TikTok. He was so close to full set.

I am an inveterate tartler.
Word of the day is a favourite, from old Scots.

To ‘tartle’ is to hesitate while introducing someone because you have completely forgotten their name.

What a lovely day to sit outside Whittington Hospital with a coffee. (Shielding your eyes from the sun because you have conjunctivitis)
