thanks. I am very aware of the certification and the paperwork, major pain for sure at times 🙂 When you say 90% of your production is organic you are meaning to say that the growers of 90% of the coffee sold by us use minimal or no chemical growing techniques but choose not to be certified?

'cowboy' landlords who accumulated a few rental properties as a sideline are a big category of those leaving - they were only into being 'landlords' when it was an easy cash cow. If giving tenants security means you dont want to be landlord then it's clearly not a job for you. #spéirghorm
