I really thought after a few months doing regular exercise bike I could handle it, but I wasn’t hydrated enough and ended up in a hospital bed for a week with rhabdo.

I swear he looked at me in the crowd at a Chikara show once with such disdain it bordered on violence. Been a fan ever since!
