who failed to yield ROW while turning right from Connecticut Ave/185 to Aspen Hill Rd
hit & injured a person (29/M) on an e-bike
who was crossing in a marked crosswalk.
Police (MCP3230007H) found both at fault.👀

Anyway, there is a red X in the east leg marked crosswalk, indicating the location of the crash. There is a red arrow from the northbound right turn lane toward the red X, indicating the right turn path of the driver to going east on Aspen Hill Road. There is a blue arrow pointing south in the marked crosswalk toward the red X, indicating the path of the bicyclist.
