MoCo makes it too hard to build anything other than a McMansion in the county, and stagnates as a result.

Ok, but I would feel better about voting in Maryland if we had to show photo id at the polling place.
By that I mean standard id like driver's license, not the cumbersome requirements of the SAVE Act.
