Thank you for posting this - the first thing I've read for some time to make me laugh out loud (although it was what Sam Beckett calls ´the laugh mirthless´).

So the argument being made by the US is that if the reparations loan is approved by PMs & presidents at tomorrow's 🇪🇺 #EUCO summit it kills the ongoing 'peace deal' negotiations.

But, as many have pointed out, those negotiations are illusory. How do you kill something that isn't alive to start with?
