He's not exaggerating when he talks about how people are now sheltering in place for fear of being grabbed and disappeared by ICE. I won't go into detail, but I'm involved in efforts to support our immigrant community. My kids are reading Anne Frank this summer. It's real.

Yes. Once you see it the patterns of your entire adult life will make sense. The pandemic coupled with peri disrupted every one of my coping mechanisms and there it was, the entire time. I'm also able to better support ND family members, so there's a lot of good that comes with knowing.
