Interesting, I’m glad it works for you but I do think the hours limit the talent pool. It was a serious concern for me when I considered applying. Though I admit part of that was worrying about driving home after a shift since my commute would be long.

Part of the problem is working for these companies suck. Most TSMC open positions I’ve seen are 12 hour shifts. What skilled labor is there wouldn’t choose TSMC as their first option.
