Reviving an old recipe I learned when I worked at Mama's Fish House back in the early 1980s. Cucumbers stuffed with Snow Crab and Pickled Ginger.
With a dipping sauce of Shoyu and the juice from grated Ginger.

Relatively quiet this morning high atop Geyser Crest in historic Saratoga Springs, New York. Our little Hummingbird friend has visited the feeder a few times already. So, for me, it was just a matter of waiting patiently for its return.

An important point getting overlooked:
When NIH cancels "diversity" grants (e.g., diversity supplements, Fs, Ks, etc), they aren't canceling the grants based on *what* the grant studies.
They're cancelling them based on *who* is doing the research. And that disallowed "who" is anyone not white.

A short clip from the other day making Ratatouille for 300 people at work. First, I roast all the veggies, then mix it with a seasoned tomato sauce and let it simmer for a while to smooth out the flavors. It gets a drizzle of balsamic vinegar reduction before it's served.

On March 10th, 1983, I took out a business license in Hawai'i for Kenmarc Graphics. I rented a corner studio in the refurbished Paia Mercantile and painted my name on the window. From then on, most people knew me as Kenmarc.
