A neighbour just knocked on my door & dropped this off. I had one at the building holiday party last week & told her how delicious it was. (true) So nice of her. It’s a cookie bonanza over here. 😂

This is kinda what I did but smaller amount of everything &
Add: small diced onion, chili flakes, fresh nutmeg, lots of pepper
Remove: basil, parsley, ricotta (although I’d have used if I had)
Sub: blanched rapini for spinach (although spinach would work, I just love rapini & had it)
