A neighbour just knocked on my door & dropped this off. I had one at the building holiday party last week & told her how delicious it was. (true) So nice of her. It’s a cookie bonanza over here. 😂

There are these holiday cookies that an old bf’s family used to make that I absolutely love. Every few years I make them & swear I’ll never make them again. The first pan is in the oven. Never. Again. (Until a few years time when I forget what a pain they are & how bad my technique is). 😂

Around this time last year I made a white lasagna that blew my mind. I didn’t have lasagna noodles so I made baked rigatoni with shredded chicken & rapini in white sauce. I had sliced bothwell moz that needed using so that’s why it looks goofy on top. This hit the spot on this frigid day. 🍽️
