~Time Well Spent~

Sometimes I wonder if I wasted the years
Chasing my dreams through trials and fears
I might have done better if I’d conformed
Followed the hatred others have normed

~Christmas 2019~
This year for Christmas, under the tree
I hope to find some serenity
Enough I can share it with those whom I know
Through them I hope it continues to grow

We saw how big corporations that gobbled up competitors over the years had the power to pad profits under the cover of inflation.

Trump's tariffs will likely be the next shock they'll happily pass onto consumers.

The result? A massive transfer of wealth to corporate America.

Throughout my whole life
I've been battered and bruised
I've seen the best and the worst
As along these streets I've cruised

I've seen the Great Pyramids
Walked where few have been
Even admired the beauty
Of a flower every now and then
