*MY* administration will declare the use of the following fonts:

- Hobo Sans for headlines & titles
- Chicago (only the original, pixelated edition) for body text
if either are unavailable, substitution with a 1990s-era "edgy corroded typewriter" font is acceptable.

All other choices are WOKE.

By January? Every picture I find of this thing makes it look even more like a fanciful rendering. Two-thirds of its already-flat space is apparently a storage area for your important maker tools, like your calipers and mechanical pencil!

(And don't give me a terminal, I want a *workstation* ...)

This is the most WTF-tastic list of "People Also Ask" questions I've ever gotten from Google. Is LGBTQ panic leaking over from X + Grok into Gemini?

(I searched for "que sera sera lyrics")

We're in St. Thomas, next to the Cybertruck of sailboats, which is sharing a dock with the Cybertruck of yachts. Seems that the watercraft of the rich and famous have a distinct esthetic these days.

Unfortunately, the United States government is run by men with a sexual fetish for rocks. TOO MUCH SOLAR MEANS NOBODY COMES TO "HER" DEBUTANTE BALL!!!!1!!!1!!

Not only that, but once you open the message, it's a horrible mess asking you to help Abigail Spanberger and keep Virginia blue by sending money to -- New Mexico gubernatorial candidate Deb Haaland???!?

"Oh yeah, we'd better use up that leftover Carville in the supply closet before it goes bad."
November 4, 2025 at 1:12 AM
Nooooo -- how many more years are they going to keep sending out fundraising emails from James Carville? The guy had one hit 33 years ago! This would be the same thing as the first Bill Clinton campaign sending out material under the name of JFK's campaign strategist!

Party City keeping it spooky throughout -- each listing in their store locator names the dead husk of the former year-round job-providing, tax-paying business that's now serving as their host!

He's finally finished learning how to write his letters like a grown-up big boy, so he figures that now he deserves a seat in Congress after all that hard work!

Today's NY Times "man in a diner" opinion roundup features Southern California's CHARLES PHOENIX?!?!

His opinion was correct (yes, we're "that kind of country" where political killings happen), I'm just more used to seeing Charles comment on kitsch culture.

"You reach down and flip <THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY> over on its back. The <DEMOCRATS> lay on their back, their belly baking in the hot sun, beating their legs trying to turn ithemselves over. But it can't. Not without your help. But you're not helping. Why is that, <BILLIONAIRE OLIGARCH>?"

By the time Asimov got to Foundation and Earth, he let his freak flag fly and spiked it with sex scenes so excruciatingly clunky that even I, an 11-year-old nerd who'd eagerly awaited F&E's appearance on my library's new-books shelf, knew *something* was off; they still scar my mind decades later:

He's been in a mountaintop dojo for the past two years, learning how to write letters that don't look they were scrawled by an eight-year-old. Once he learns how to write in cursive, he'll be back, stronger than ever.

Also, it seems that the Boring Company's TBM only digs tunnels that are 12 feet wide? That's not going to fit anything, especially anything with catenary. Maybe they'll propose passengers should transfer to Teslas in the suburbs for the final trip into Baltimore.

WTF? Lou Correa, my Congressman, has already shown himself to be totally worthless, but today I found out that he went to El Salvador to attend the dictator Bukele's inauguration and was (is?) part of an "El Salvador Caucus" in Congress:
