Ridiculously disappointed in the People Power Party in South Korea. History will remember each member and their complicity.

Today, I got to be a part of my motherland’s history by taking part in a protest organized by Nodutdol for Korean Community Development. Though Martial Law was lifted yesterday, it was the nail in the coffin that made it clear it was time for President Yoon to resign.

Joining the protest at the South Korean Consulate in LA tomorrow at 6pm. Demanding the resignation of President Yoon. Calling all allies of the Korean people to support us in protecting democracy.

Alright. Time to make a positive post:

Last month, I went to Seoul, Korea with my partner to visit her family. The final Sunday there, we visited Q&A, a progressive, queer inclusive, and justice minded church. The pastor in the last few years has been on trial where his ordination may be revoked.

So pissed right now about Biden pardoning his son.

This is Hillsong level shit. At this point, I wouldn’t even trust Biden to be a staff member at my church, as I would be nervous about him covering up crimes committed by “his people”.

I’m not gonna say that Trump and Biden are the same, but……

This is the stuff that’s gonna make Dems lose again. I don’t care if Hunter was singled out for political reasons. He committed a crime. The thought that most of these crimes get let go with some fines is privileged white people bullshit.

Where my Progressive/Inclusive/Open Minded Asian American Christians at?

I wonder how many Republican votes she got campaigning with Cheney?

I think we all know the answer.

But I don’t want to trash Kamala Harris. She’s not the only one to blame. It’s the whole democratic establishment.

Let’s get our shit together to make our policies work for all people!

I didn’t vote for Harris, but wrote in Bernie Sanders.

I would have voted for her if I was in a swing state, but didn’t want to give her an extra popular vote unless she committed to fighting for Palestinian liberation and called the genocide in Gaza what it is.

Tired of liberal politicians and leaders talking wondering why we lost and blaming BIPOC and Gen Z shifting right.

Yes, a few have.

But can we talk about low voter turnout and 10 million voters sitting out due to Dems pleasing donors, abandoning the working class, and complicity to genocide?

Transgender Day of Remembrance is marked every Nov. 20 and began in 1999 to honor Rita Hester, a trans woman who was killed in Massachusetts.

The day marks the end of Transgender Awareness Week, which is used to raise public knowledge about the transgender community and the issues they face.

I think it’s the marginalized who would have the authority to determine whether or not I’m a safe person, but I will do my absolutely best to be safe. If you are disenfranchised and don’t have a local spiritual community to provide pastoral care. I’m happy to be of service. Fell free to hit me up.

Last week, I was part of a prayer meeting with Methodist pastors in the North Los Angeles Area. All of them pastored churches where the election was split half and half between Trump/Harris. They struggle as they are personally grieving, but need to create space for conservative congregants. (1)
