3) Contact those businesses and tell them you’re boycotting until they stop advertising

This is literally the kind of thing we would reprimand MBA interns for in their first projects: trying to use variables and formulas to make solutions seem complex, rather than simple, brief, straightforward, written, words to describe their conclusions.
