John Catsimatidis owns the three largest AM radio stations in the Northeast, where he hosts several syndicated shows talking about whatever he wants. it seems unfair to point to an interview with the New York Editorial Board substack as somehow “platforming” him.

yeah, the right wing tilt is clear, as are the fee collection incentives on increased betting volume, but none of that explains why they’re running ads in partnership with a third party that encourages counterintuitive investment AND requires a disclosure.
