My son was born near the start of my part-time MBA program at McMaster, and my daughter was born near the end of the program.

The key to me successfully finishing that degree was my very supportive wife and 2 or 3 (hundred) late nights working after the kid's bedtime.

Confirmed. In line with an aggresive approach seen in N.S. and B.C. American companies banned from participating in government procurements. Considering the large projects that are on-going, i.e. highways, subways, LRTs, energy, this is a substantial move. www.linkedin.com/feed/update/...

Correct. Finished units were purchased 4 or 5 years ago during pre-construction when the market was roaring. There's a lag in the data. Sales data shows what to expect; completions show what the market was before.

It's likely none of those projects would ever get built if those sale trends continue. They need to sell between 70% and 80% of the units in pre-construction to secure financing to build the project.

And I agree, all new projects should have a % allocated to affordable housing.
