Tbh, becoming disabled has kinda sucked. Going from dancing whenever, wherever to being unable to move how I used to, match the speed and flow, and hit as hard, due to disability, has been difficult. I feel like I've lost a dear friend, not being able to interact like we used to.

- Heavy RSF shelling on Omdurman; at least 2 people reported killed and 11 others injured.
- RSF attack on Abu Ushar, White Nile State; at least 6 people reported killed, along with mass looting & displacement of residents.
