Turns out cut resistant doesn't mean dog resistant

Oh sick thanks for this, I had some that the dogs chewed holes in recently and my hands are so fucking small lmao

It's already annoying enough when you have to fix a panel on a video wall, being in the floor doesn't make things easier

I've seen a tech demo of them being used for a basketball court and it's very cool but I keep thinking A) how much abuse can that take and B) how much of a fucking nightmare is doing maintenance on that

Seems like it would have been a good idea to include some sources or fact checking tools!

On further review MOST of the "real" images are paintings/drawings, which makes the decision to make this text about photos baffling. But the decision to not just use photos is also baffling.

It's obvious that Kagi's approach is "we only want to help you get rid of other people's AI"
November 26, 2025 at 11:29 PM
They copy and pasted the explanation for why things are real/fake by the way, because it says "This image shows authentic human photography with natural imperfections" for an impressionist painting
November 26, 2025 at 11:06 PM
What sources? And is this natural writing?
November 26, 2025 at 11:05 PM
On top of that, please explain how a 3rd grader is supposed to know if the information they're being presented is true or false! If AI gives them incorrect information, how are they supposed to know that?
November 26, 2025 at 11:01 PM
We don't need to try teaching kids "if it's true it's real and if it's false it's AI" because AI can get things factually correct, and real people can get things wrong! And sometimes people talk in metaphor which is what this example would be if it wasn't AI generated!
November 26, 2025 at 10:59 PM
This website is also complete horseshit! Look at this one. It's telling kids that you can tell that this is AI because...it's not true that books have a door to Narnia??? But that's the kind of sentence a real person would absolutely write, it doesn't have to be true they'd be...trying to be cute.
November 26, 2025 at 10:59 PM
Well actually, it's twofold. EVENTUALLY he's going to offload the job to AI. Right now, he's offloading it to...kids? slopdetective.kagi.com

Steam is antithetical to games as art, we should put Trump in charge

If they don't want AI summaries to be there at all, Kagi doesn't help, a large amount of what Kagi does is make AI tools and that includes search summaries

you really need to understand how broken some of these people's brains are to understand what we're dealing with here
