An enjoyable escapist evening watching ‘The House with a Clock in its Walls’ with Jack Black, Cate Blanchett, an enchanted recliner and topiary griffin (neither harmed in the production). Take sometime off friends and decompress. ☮️

My new favorite breakfast: Chinese steamed eggs topped with sesame oil, low sodium soya, and dried shallots. Side of avocado in Annie’s Sesame Shiitake dressing, my home pickled carrots, and addictive shrimp chips. Making food comforts me in these crazy times.

The coolest thing I’ve seen today is that a bunch of volunteer public health professionals and developers have restored the CDC website from before January 20th 2025.
This differs from an archive in that they want to rebuild the links between pages and replicate the full website.
