Football was on the living room TV, so my sister’s father-in-law, me, my mom, and one of my sister’s nephews all crowded around FIL’s phone to watch the Sabres game tonight. Most of my family has given up on the Sabres over the last few years, but not us. (Despite my really wanting to).

Was at a local shop doing some Christmas shopping and mentioned The Tennessee Holler as one of my go-to sources for news now. And she said she loved how I said ‘holler’ ‘cause damn my Buffalo accent is very obvious down here. Kinda made my day AND I got some gifts crossed off my list.

None of my reps are Dems or I’d be calling nonstop. You cannot bargain with the GOP for the promise of a chance to negotiate healthcare in the future. Dems had a blue wave only last week and you will lose that momentum if you roll over and give in. Spineless cowards.

After I don’t know how many years I finally have a Hilary Knight jersey! I could never find a Team USA one and I could not bring myself to buy a Boston jersey. So when she signed with @pwhl--seattle.bsky.social it was my sign. Easily now my favorite jersey I’ve ever owned.
