Two legal issues at work in Venezuela asTrump Admin uses criminal charges to obscure regime change. Maduro’s indictment and arrest may be upheld, but that does not negate violation of UN Charter, approved by Congress in 1945, and constitutional duty to take care that laws be faithfully executed.

When I talked to bystanders they said agents accused Brockman of “obstruction,” which sure sounds a lot different than this DHS claim
UPDATE: In emailed statement to me / @reason.com, DHS alleges that WGN-TV producer Debbie Brockman "threw objects at Border Patrol’s car and she was placed under arrest for assault on a federal law enforcement officer."
