I am suspicious of foods that are supposed to “taste just like the real thing”. I wonder how they’re really created to taste a certain way? Chemicals? For example, “booger” and “vomit” are 2 available flavors of jelly beans.

I’ve just moved to Long Beach this year so I haven’t been to a big quilt show in 20 years. I was amazed by the beauty and the quality of the work. The vendors weren’t quite as I remembered - I went looking for new books and evidently books are out. Not cost effective!
