I feel like him talking about being president for 4 more years after this term is over is directly tied into his increased obsession with his own mortality. He'll be lucky to even be alive by 2029 given his horrendous health and diet.

reading thru the quoted threads, I agree with @proptermalone.bsky.social about eastern OR/WA being more mountain west than west coast. I'm from Idaho but I've traveled around in both WA and OR. The east of the cascades feels incredibly familiar but the west of the cascades has a completely diff vibe
