If the U.S. government is going to take the position that, once removed from the United States, folks can’t be brought back, then it sure seems to me that federal courts should be reflexively and categorically barring *all* removals until they’re 100 percent certain that the removals are lawful.

I have a couple of friends who just recently finally became US Citizens... And they're planning trips back to visit family. And I'm terrified that they won't be allowed back in. Doesn't matter that they did their job. I don't trust that orange fuck in office.

It's one of the only places left in this country that you can go and not be expected to spend money.
