Any #monarchbutterfly #conservationists who might help me understand/fix this odd behavior? I have 1 sizable milkweed & 1 small start. Big plant infested w/spider mites. Small is not. @ 5 #caterpillars on both not eating leaves at all. They are eating flower buds and chewing through the stems 🌱

That one time we grew a sunflower. So very many things lived inside the petals, if you zoom in the image on the left you can see a sweet bee peeking out. This was from a seed pack of "Goldy Honey Bear" and it was almost 4 feet tall & needed no support. #gardening 🌱 #bloomscrolling #flowers
