Don't feel too bad, I'm part of the AuDHD club myself, and understanding how they overlap and contradict has helped me a lot in managing both. It's definitely worth looking into.

I don't think you can just stop being autistic, but which symptoms you present with and struggle with could change in theory, but more importantly ASD and ADHD are often comorbidities, meaning they often happen together. I think specifically, if you have Autism, you are more likely to have ADHD too.

Leaving it in the fridge for a day definitely helped, thickened right up to where I wanted it. Shown here with some home made tropical compote and some store bought Muesli.

Came out super thick on top, but like floating on a bunch of liquid, averaged out to pretty thin once i stirred it together, gonna let it sit in the fridge for a day or so and see if it thickens back up, otherwise i might need to re-ferment it...
