Well, that's my yogurt base in the oven with the light on, and with a towel around it... time to let it ferment for 12-14 hours and hope it actually works this time... will be posting the results once I get up and check it.

My house is getting cleaned, slowly but steadily, I had fish tacos with a pineapple pico and tortilla chips for breakfast, and I actually managed to get sleep last night without waking up with an aching shoulder. I still feel super burnt out but today might end up actually be a good day.
