The ERA has cleared the 38-state ratification bar. Legal scholars + the ABA say it qualifies as the 28th Amendment. What’s missing? Congress is removing the arbitrary deadline. Our rights shouldn’t hinge on who holds power this year. #EqualRightsAmendment
