Turned down because they don't have the capacity? In that case - if you're comfortable - you might wanna talk to your doctor. They can write a referral with a specific code, so that insurance knows it's urgent. In this case, [1/2]

I feel that on a deeply personal level. What helps a little is recognizing that all of this is part of depression, unfortunately. This isn't you. It's your thoughts and feelings through the lens of depression. Its distortion is warping virtually everything.
