I'm 56. Was an oops baby so my dad & all the uncles & older cousins fought in WWII. Also knew polio survivors. Aunt had heart issues due to surviving rheumatic fever. 96% sure i had whooping cough in college despite being vax. I lost 10 pounds in a week. Wouldn't recommend.

I do an Italian style dressing & then broil it. I also do a teriyaki style but you have issues with soy if I remember.

Watch out (at least in the US wild turkeys are aggro). You know how you're not supposed to run from predators? They don't go after me but absolutely go after cars. It's awesome.

My mom thought she grabbed the cinnamon for the apple pie but grabbed ground red pepper. My cousins ate the entire thing while we didn't but I'd try that these days.

Had a SIL that 100% bitched everytime I made asparagus. I don't like that. Bitch just eat the roasted carrots or winter squash with maple syrup you whiny thing. Other ex SIL used to bring Mrs Smith pies when I made mine from scratch & got mad bc her kids ate my pies instead. Divorce is wonderful.
