few people have come to terms with how bad things actually are.
most people are kind of frozen. it’s easier to ignore things and everyone’s capacity is limited because everything is hard.
people are so lonely. and no one wants to talk about it, so we rot, binge, and scroll.

listening to some stevie and i kind of think that you could bring a good chunk of americans back from the abyss if you could just get them to listen to “As” and force them to hear him sing/growl “did you know that you're loved by somebody?!?”
