It is a sad day for the legal industry. Paul Weiss, didn't just bend a knee, it set a new standard for shameful capitulation. This is a stain on the firm, every one of its partners, and the entire legal profession.

I am relieved President Biden has pardoned Hunter. This act will not embolden Trump, who has already pardoned extended family members and announced his intent to name one so pardoned as Ambassador to France. What Biden does with this act is to remove his son from further retaliatory “justice.”
