No coffee shop I've ever been in broadcasts my conversation to numerous strangers, periodically, nor invites me to listen to theirs.

This is not a coffee shop. Where is the coffee? What does the shop sell?

It sells our conversations.

This is less a review or a news article than it is a press release. It's very flattering to a bunch of con artists. I'm very disappointed in everyone who takes this BS seriously.

I will allow this only — and I mean only — if they also have a male sibling they named ‘Uhea’.

Is it just me, or do you agree this cream-colored kitten is ABSURDLY pretty? I mean, wow. The other photos aren't as good.

Looking to adopt a kitten, I see this little one and I reflexively say aloud, ‘Ha! You tell 'em! Grrr!’

The blatant hypocrisy is quite deliberate. They want you to notice it. They want you to feel they are absolutely untouchable.

Michael Tolkin's 1991 film, “The Rapture”, is little known and a minor gem.

Tolkin makes stunning and courageous choices. It's arguably amazing that the film got made.I cheered at the end, and probably not for the reason you think.

A copy of the "algorithm".

That and "epicenter" were both useful words, once.

(Yes, strictly speaking, I'm a linguistic descriptivist. I don't care.)

For fascists, hypocrisy is a flex and not an embarrassment. It says: "I make the rules and I enforce the rules, not you." Does pointing out the hypocrisy alter the opinion of the undecided audience? Maybe. Does it bolster a sense of brutal, inevitable fascist power that's attractive to some? Maybe.

Here's some green chile chicken filets I've prepared for later use. (Primarily a green chile chicken soup.)

They're chicken filets baked with garlic butter basting, after being brined in a green chile & teriyaki marinade.

It's always the ones you suspect.

“The school got nine separate complaints from faculty members, administration staffers and other students about his ‘rude and belittling behavior toward women’, Idaho state police detective Sean Prosser wrote in a report.”

Kangaroo kicking Christ, she is deeply and truly regressive. TERFism is closely associated with 2nd wave feminism, but this *very much* is not that.† Wow.

She's just taking off all her masks, isn't she?

† 2W difference feminists aside, possibly, but not really, I think.
