Claude: Your proposed 200,100 slots would cover 0-200,099, which is slightly short. I'd recommend bumping to 200,019 minimum, or rounding to 200,064 (multiple of 64 for tensor core efficiency) or 200,100 if you want headroom for future special tokens.
