It's clear that Cameron has a take on imperialism that is well grounded. There are sympathizers, collaborators, zealots and soldiers. They show the military working on behalf and at the behest of corporate interests. I mean fuck the guy is wearing a vest that says Project Phoenix on it.

We're not following the "rule of law": we're just being too polite. It's ok for the felon to send his posse to act as ICE agents who literally grab & hurt innocents. It's ok for him to withhold & redact 90% of the files. We sit there waiting for all the Ts to be crossed, i's to be dotted b4 we act.
