People could wear respirators and stop this. Influenza doesn't magically appear in your body because it's cold outside. Someone who is infected breathes it out, and you breathe it in. IT'S AIRBORNE like cigarette smoke. Washing your hands won't stop it unless you breathe through your damn hands.
⚠️ BREAKING:

Mutant H3N2 Influenza Surges in the U.S., Driving 18 Million Illnesses, 230,000 Hospitalizations, and 9,300 Deaths

At least 15 children died of flu last week; this season’s total is 32.

Northern Westchester Hospital could lose $5.8 million in Medicaid revenue and Phelps Hospital $6.5 million, part of more than $100 million in cuts projected across Hudson Valley hospitals, according to estimates from the center-left think tank Third Way.

Medicaid Mike doesn't think it's a problem.

Unions built the world’s most powerful nation–our nation. We have to have their back as the Trump administration does everything they can to dismantle them.

We all know what we saw.

Our friend, Senator Alex Padilla exercising his duty to this country while the Trump administration forced him to the ground, and put him in handcuffs.

There’s no sugarcoating it—these are dangerous times and we WILL hold the admin accountable.

Today, a United States Senator was arrested for asking a question of a federal official, in a federal building, as was his right.

If it can happen to a sitting U.S. Senator, it can happen to anyone.

Silence is complicity. We are at a crossroads. We must speak up.

If you can't easily find yourself on the CDC's high-risk list and you want your routine COVID shot, you qualify under physical inactivity. Unless you are actively training for a pro-sport, tell your doctor that's your high-risk category and make them prove you wrong.
